Branch Manager - Austin MoPac TX

What you will do

• Manage branch sales, customer service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve sales, service, production, and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers through referrals, outreach, and a consistent calling program.
• Develop internal, business, and community partnerships in the local market.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and resources for the branch.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and colleague development.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, and digital banking channels.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
