Branch Manager - Pensacola

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities for the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving budgeted sales, service, operational, and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, deepen relationships, and generate referrals to bank partners.
• Coach colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, customer service, and sales processes.
• Develop consumer, business, internal, and community relationships through business development and calling programs.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, colleague development, and resources required to support the branch.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other branch technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
