What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, deepen relationships, and generate referrals.
• Drive customer acquisition, business development, community engagement, and calling programs.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and colleague development.
• Maintain operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, coaching, and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
