Press Brake Operator (Metal Fabrication)

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; onsite production-floor role. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Manufactures customized power distribution and protection systems, including relay and control panels, medium-voltage switchgear, and enclosures.

What you will do

• Operate a press brake to manufacture parts from sheet metal and metal plates.
• Prepare, set up, and adjust the press brake according to product plans and production schedules.
• Measure and align raw materials and ensure sufficient material availability.
• Inspect finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine press brake maintenance and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating a press brake machine.
• At least one year of metal fabrication or related experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate press brake controls.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, drawings, and product plans.
• Basic computer and math skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 35 pounds while standing, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
