Associate Fabricator (Break Press Operator) – 2nd Shift

Location: McKinney, TX; full-time on-site position. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $19.00 per hour, plus a $2.50-per-hour second-shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up bending, flanging, seating, and top-flanging machines.
• Manufacture parts according to production drawings, prints, and work orders.
• Perform quality inspections against drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Communicate production issues and improvement opportunities to department leadership.
• Package, label, palletize, gather, and stage finished products while maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Powered Industrial Truck certification; certification will be provided at hire.
• Preferred: one year of related manufacturing experience or training.
• Ability to read work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, drawings, and schedules.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, read a tape measure to 1/32-inch tolerance, and measure angles to plus or minus 1 degree.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and powered industrial equipment; maintain reliable attendance and safe work practices.

Culture & Benefits

• Second shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:25 PM–2:55 AM.
• No domestic travel is required.
• Work involves standing and operating large equipment for approximately 8–12 hours, with repetitive twisting and bending and lifting or moving materials up to 50 pounds.
• Work may involve heat, cold, loud noise, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.
