Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Design complex business processes with Salesforce workflows, Process Builder, Flow, and triggers.
• Gather requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform data migrations and integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues while following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements across the Salesforce environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong Salesforce development expertise, especially in Apex.
• Proficiency with Aura, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce Flow.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models, including REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, independent-work, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching developers.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce.
• Salesforce Developer certification.
• Experience balancing declarative configuration with custom code.
