Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Platform (Salesforce)

Location: Remote across Canada. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in Canada and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa.

Base salary: CAD 160,000–175,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Engineer and deliver functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle from development and sandbox environments through production.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide Salesforce Health Cloud expertise, guidance, and best practices to engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex Salesforce and Salesforce Health Cloud systems.
• Fullstack knowledge of Java, Python, Apex, and Lightning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
• Understanding of healthcare data and API standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience with health-data security, access controls, Salesforce integrations, and business-process migrations.
• Ability to prioritize requirements and address underlying business needs.
