Focus on coordinating complex transaction closings, resolving operational issues, guiding administrators, and supporting revenue and expense strategies.

Location: Wilmington, DE; candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $77,390.00–$127,139.75 per year, plus potential incentive and retention awards.

What you will do

  • Manage a book of corporate trust accounts, perform duties under governing documents, and maintain client relationships.
  • Administer moderate to complex accounts while ensuring compliance with bank and Corporate Trust policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the complete closing of new transactions, including reviewing and negotiating governing documents and resolving open issues with counsel and clients.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Corporate Trust administrators.
  • Resolve account issues, respond to inquiries, and support client retention and referrals.
  • Identify business risks and operational challenges, improve processes, and contribute to revenue and expense strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of successful experience in Corporate Trust or an equivalent function.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate trust products and related banking and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience reading and interpreting governing documents.
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite; ability to organize workflow and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while making sound decisions.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
