Institutional Trust Officer II (IAM)

Location: Remote work is available only in select geographic locations, with a home-based workspace subject to hirify.global approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. Work hours follow Pacific Time.

Salary: $63,750–$127,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Administer complex accounts where hirify.global serves as trustee, executor, agent, or custodian.
• Execute account terms while maintaining compliance with fiduciary, legal, state, and federal requirements.
• Manage risk and resolve legal or compliance issues, escalating anticipated or known client concerns.
• Build client relationships, educate clients and beneficiaries on available resources, and retain assets under management or administration.
• Identify client needs, refer relevant bank products and services, and cultivate a referral network.
• Coordinate customer communications, technology needs, presentations, and materials for management or committee review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of account management, financial services regulations, risk management, and relationship management.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset management, consumer lending, credit risk analysis, financial operations, general ledger, or process improvement.
• Relevant professional certifications.
