Relationship Manager II - Business Banking (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business banking client relationships within a book of business for clients with $2MM–10MM in revenue.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Identify client opportunities, present relevant hirify.global products and services, and improve client engagement and loyalty.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of business banking, credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
• Client relationship management, prospecting, selling, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage risk and apply internal credit policies.
• Must work in the office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
