What you will do

• Manage client relationships and the daily administration of Global Capital Markets accounts with moderate to significant complexity and risk.
• Monitor operational systems, account activity, internal controls, reporting, cash flows, fee billing, and receivables.
• Review legal documents and agreements and provide analysis and comments to counsel.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance activities with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Work with attorneys, financial advisors, service partners, and clients to structure and close transactions.
• Participate in sales calls, client meetings, presentations, fee proposals, and initiatives to expand client relationships and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including 2 years in the field.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• A demonstrated sense of ownership in jobs or projects.
