Relationship Manager III - Business Credit (Fintech)

Base salary: $159,600–$296,400 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Set relationship strategies and direct management activities for existing business clients with complex needs and advanced risk profiles.
• Originate, negotiate, and document complex credit and non-credit products and services.
• Prepare credit approval documents by analyzing risks, mitigants, collateral strength, and the financial standing of transaction parties.
• Manage risk and return while identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Expand and retain client relationships, increase engagement, and generate revenue by presenting the bank’s full range of products and services.
• Negotiate workout options and collaborate with borrowers and internal and external partners to reduce losses and improve collateral coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, collateral management, and credit analysis and verification.
• Strong client relationship-building, customer engagement, decision-making, communication, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to assess and manage risks in line with an enterprise risk management framework.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
