What you will do

• Manage complex Global Capital Markets client relationships, accounts, and daily administrative operations.
• Monitor account systems, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and transaction-related processes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, attorneys, financial advisors, and service partners to manage controls and regulatory compliance.
• Support the structuring and timely closing of GCM transactions, including client meetings, presentations, documentation, and fee proposals.
• Develop existing and prospective client relationships and identify opportunities for new business, product development, and service improvements.
• Direct, supervise, and mentor less experienced Relationship Managers and Client Administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including 3 years in the relevant field.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Strong experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, regulations, risk controls, and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory or work leadership experience.
• CCTS certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
