What you will do

• Lead teams in developing and implementing integrated program, subcontractor, and material plans.
• Define and assign major program roles and establish WBS-based budget and schedule baselines.
• Monitor work progress against baselines to ensure schedule and technical requirements are met.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a matrix organization from design to product release.
• Identify and balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies.
• Drive new business development and foster team growth.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of product applications, customer markets, and business strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage complex budgets.
