What you will do

• Lead small-to-medium GTM transformation and growth programs or defined workstreams through planning, execution, launch readiness, and stabilization.
• Develop integrated program plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Design governance structures, operating cadences, stakeholder forums, dashboards, and executive-ready updates.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data stakeholders to align plans and resolve blockers.
• Identify risks, dependencies, scope tradeoffs, and root causes; frame options and recommendations to support timely decisions.
• Define change, enablement, adoption, ownership, support, hypercare, and post-launch stabilization plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing cross-functional programs, workstreams, or GTM initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience creating integrated program plans, managing dependencies, and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders or functions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, organize complex work, manage scope tradeoffs, and convert objectives into clear plans and next steps.
• Experience facilitating decisions, documenting options and tradeoffs, and preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize diverse inputs into clear recommendations and program narratives.
• Must be able to work in the United States and travel up to 25% as needed.

Nice to have

• PMP, Change Management, Agile, or related certification.
• Practical experience applying program management methods and PMO tools.
