Product Launch, Senior Manager

Location: New York Office; hybrid

Salary: $200K–$215K base salary per year

What you will do

• Own go-to-market program management for product launches across the portfolio and for new go-to-market motions.
• Build launch plans aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Support on scope, timelines, and readiness criteria.
• Identify and manage cross-functional risks and dependencies, escalating gaps before they become launch risks.
• Own and evolve the new product introduction phase framework, including exit criteria and go/no-go gates.
• Determine launch tiers, define appropriate milestones and deliverables, and run post-launch retrospectives.
• Lead weekly executive updates and monthly executive Steering Committee meetings, driving decisions on open issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, go-to-market strategy and operations, or management consulting.
• Prior experience launching products in a technology environment.
• Experience building structure and process in ambiguous, undefined environments.
• Strong risk and dependency management skills, with a track record of driving issues to resolution.
• Experience creating executive-facing reporting and governance, including status updates or Steering Committees.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
