Sourcing Category Lead (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Duluth, Georgia, United States

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute SaaS and software sourcing strategies aligned with IT and business priorities.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, contracting, renewals, compliance, optimization, and offboarding.
• Lead RFx processes, complex contract negotiations, renewal planning, and contract redlining.
• Drive cost savings, licensing optimization, vendor consolidation, and platform rationalization.
• Manage supplier performance through SLAs, usage metrics, QBRs, and performance reporting.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security, Risk, and business stakeholders on sourcing and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, or SaaS-focused vendor management.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts and delivering cost savings.
• Experience with SaaS licensing, contract lifecycle management, procurement tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong financial, analytical, project management, stakeholder influence, and executive communication skills.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement in Duluth, Georgia; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant certifications such as CIPS or CPSM.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Enterprise SaaS vendor management, category strategy, vendor transformation, or rationalization experience.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence.
