HR Business Partner

Location: Boise office, onsite 4 days per week

What you will do

• Align HR programs and outcomes with business goals for Operations.
• Analyze market trends, workforce data, engagement metrics, and survey results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage workforce planning, including hiring, employee mobility, workforce mix, and headcount budgets.
• Support organizational effectiveness, leadership and top-talent engagement, training development, and change initiatives.
• Lead or support performance management, employee satisfaction surveys, intern hiring, town halls, and other business-wide programs.
• Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees, conduct exit interviews, and coordinate with cross-functional HR teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience as a senior generalist, HR Business Partner, or people consultant.
• Ability to work from the Boise office 4 days per week and engage directly with employees and managers in person.
• Experience working on projects that drive specific business outcomes, either as a lead or supporting contributor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and pivot tables, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Curiosity about strategic HR and willingness to stay current with developments in the field.
