Regional Banking CRE Portfolio Manager II

Location: Columbus, OH; office workplace with onsite attendance

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annually, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Advise Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers on complex commercial real estate lending opportunities.
• Review credit requests and provide analysis and recommendations supporting risk management and business growth.
• Partner with relationship management teams on portfolio reviews, identifying opportunities, strengths, and emerging risks.
• Participate in portfolio review discussions and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Perform annual credit reviews and assign risk ratings to support portfolio health and performance.
• Contribute to regional strategic discussions and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or business banking portfolio management and/or credit experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex credit decisions clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial analysis tools, including Moody’s Credit Lens.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Columbus, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent banking experience.
