Workforce Systems Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, CA; on-site. U.S. work authorization or eligibility to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR is mandatory.

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Convert raw capability and process information into skills matrix entries, standard documentation, written evaluations, and compliance course assignments.
• Manage documentation revisions and publish approved content across relevant systems according to workforce development standards.
• Collaborate with Training Specialists and subject-matter experts to document new processes and create trainee handbooks.
• Audit, reformat, maintain, and publish training documentation across active manufacturing stations.
• Administer skills matrix data, organizational requirements, LMS content, compliance courses, and e-learning materials.
• Maintain accurate, organized documentation, skills data, and certification records for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and documentation gaps.
• Ability to translate unstructured information from engineers, subject-matter experts, and governance teams into clear, structured content.
• Experience managing controlled documentation, revision processes, and multiple systems with accuracy.
• Strong organization and communication skills for managing documentation requests and collaborating with Training Leads and subject-matter experts.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or person eligible to obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Background in technical writing, instructional design, or LMS administration in manufacturing, engineering, or regulated environments.
• Experience using raw process data or engineering documentation to create training content.
• Familiarity with skills matrix platforms, structured competency frameworks, AS9100, or ISO documentation standards.
• Manufacturing or engineering experience with an interest in structuring and transferring knowledge.
