Instructional Designer, Clinical

Location: US Remote

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually for US-based candidates; candidates outside the US receive a location-specific range from the recruiter.

What you will do

• Design learning experiences across eLearning, clinical guidelines, documentation, job aids, assessments, knowledge checks, and other formats.
• Partner with Care Delivery, Medical Affairs, Product, Category, and Clinical Quality teams on launches, guideline updates, and provider communications.
• Measure and report the impact of learning initiatives.
• Support strategic projects including lifecycle mapping, in-product enablement, documentation content strategy, and learning-experience proofs of concept.
• Provide additional support to the customer service training team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• 2–3 years of instructional design experience in a scaling SaaS or B2C environment.
• Ability to turn large amounts of unstructured information into clear, intuitive learning experiences.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning practices and experience applying them.
• Experience with instructional design tools and learning management systems, plus the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
