Learning Design and Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States and Canada; travel for in-person engagement, department offsites, team meetings, and customer or industry events may be required.

Annual base salary: USD 119,000–173,000 for US-based roles; CAD 106,000–154,000 for Canada-based roles.

What you will do

• Design and develop applied, scenario-based learning solutions grounded in real business workflows and capability needs.
• Partner with enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning into existing programs and team practices.
• Lead leadership capability programs for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders, including facilitating selected sessions.
• Create learning experiences that build thoughtful and effective AI use, judgment, critical thinking, responsible application, and outcome evaluation.
• Develop reusable learning frameworks, measurement approaches, practices, and resources that scale across the organization.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness, incorporate learner and stakeholder feedback, and keep materials current.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role.
• Experience translating capability needs into practical learning solutions and designing scenario-based learning focused on behavior change.
• Experience creating scalable frameworks, content, and learning experiences across teams.
• Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions and connecting outcomes to business impact.
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, Design Thinking, backward design, or comparable instructional design methods.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, independent decision-making, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building workplace AI capability, designing leadership programs across multiple levels, or using emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
