Commercial Credit Officer (C&I)

Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania, United States. Candidates must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $111,440.00–$183,082.25 per year, plus potential incentive and retention awards.

What you will do

• Make commercial and industrial credit approval and denial decisions within delegated authority.
• Communicate credit decisions and supporting rationale to business partners, loan review teams, and regulators.
• Structure complex credit transactions, assign risk ratings, mitigate policy exceptions, and advise on complex credit relationships.
• Oversee problem-loan reviews, covenant compliance, annual reviews, and the portfolio management framework.
• Recommend improvements to underwriting processes, tools, and credit policies.
• Coach, mentor, and train relationship managers, portfolio managers, and credit analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another business-related field.
• At least 7 years of C&I-focused credit analysis, lending, or loan review experience.
• Ability to understand creative loan structures and innovative products.
• Strong financial-data interpretation, commercial loan-structuring knowledge, and sound business judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Existing authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
