Salary: $96,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, engineer, and implement machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions for financial applications.
• Lead technical architecture for secure, scalable, compliant, and auditable AI systems.
• Select and integrate AWS services for data pipelines, model hosting, vector search, orchestration, monitoring, and governance.
• Build and deploy predictive analytics, ML, and generative AI solutions into production.
• Develop data and model pipelines, APIs, and integration layers while implementing MLOps for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish deployment standards, CI/CD, observability, and cost controls; mentor junior engineers and support production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience, master’s degree with 5 years of experience, or PhD with no experience required.
• Thorough theoretical and practical knowledge of Python, data science, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Experience architecting solutions in AWS and integrating AWS services for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience developing robust data and model pipelines, APIs, integration layers, and MLOps practices.
• Experience establishing deployment standards, CI/CD, and observability using GitHub and AWS.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Nice to have

• AWS certification in architecture or AI.
