What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with client business, IT, architecture, security, data, and operations stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives and workflows into scalable requirements, architecture designs, and implementation plans.
• Design and build enterprise integrations using APIs, webhooks, event-driven patterns, secure file exchanges, and connector frameworks.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, structured outputs, evaluations, and human approval checkpoints.
• Build data pipelines and connectors for platforms including Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, Adobe Experience Cloud, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native, containerized solutions with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, and observability.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for hire in select U.S. locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 9+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, technical consulting, platform implementation, or related engineering roles.
• 5+ years designing and deploying production cloud-based AI, data, or enterprise application solutions.
• Advanced Python skills and proficiency in at least one additional modern language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, enterprise integrations, authentication, security frameworks, generative AI, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, containers, and cloud-native development.
