What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers to identify high-impact AI use cases and define technical requirements.
• Design and deploy Agentic AI using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
• Build custom Generative AI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Develop predictive ML models for use cases like forecasting, churn prediction, and fraud detection.
• Act as a subject matter expert on MLOps, model governance, and scaling AI initiatives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders ranging from data scientists to C-level executives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Remote positions available in Massachusetts, New York, or California).
• 6-8 years of experience in AI application development, software engineering, or machine learning engineering.
• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy).
• Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and building REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask).
• Proficiency with Docker and experience managing applications on Kubernetes (K8s).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the hirify.global AI Platform.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of MLOps principles for model CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
