What you will do
- Lead the repair order management team by setting priorities, accountability, and performance expectations.
- Oversee repair order execution from demand intake through completion.
- Coordinate repair planning with operations, procurement, logistics, engineering, warehouse, suppliers, and customer-facing teams.
- Monitor workload, schedules, material readiness, milestones, and delivery commitments to identify and escalate risks.
- Improve process discipline, standard work, data quality, reporting, issue resolution, cross-training, and succession planning.
- Balance customer requirements, operational capacity, material availability, and business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in repair planning, warehouse operations, order management, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related industrial service environment.
- Experience leading people, coordinating team workloads, or providing functional leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Ability to communicate clearly, lead through change, resolve complex issues, and build cross-functional partnerships.
- United States work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

- Experience with gas turbines, rotating equipment, repair operations, aftermarket parts, or industrial services.
