What you will do

  • Create, follow up on, and manage purchase orders.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material requirements using procurement planning principles and MRP signals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery dates, and shipment status.
  • Maintain material, supplier, and planning data in SAP or a similar ERP/MRP system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and sourcing teams to resolve supply, delivery, customs, and documentation issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, planning, supply chain operations, and related workflows.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of procurement planning, MRP, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume, repetitive, process-driven environment.
