Spare Parts Procurement

hirify.global operates in the manufacturing sector and is hiring for its spare-parts procurement team.

What you will do

• Execute daily procurement activities, including creating, managing, and following up on purchase orders.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor material requirements using procurement planning principles and MRP signals.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery dates, and shipment status.
• Maintain material, supplier, planning, and purchase-order data in SAP/MRP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment, and coordinate with operations, warehouse, and sourcing teams to resolve supply issues.
• Prepare documentation for customs and operational processes and report open orders, delays, and exceptions.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, planning, supply chain operations, and related workflows.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of procurement planning, MRP, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Strong organization, follow-up, attention to detail, and accuracy in transactional work.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
