What you will do

• Contribute to IMS FEOL projects for advanced CMOS logic products.
• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments.
• Design and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Lead process engineering, technology, and research and development projects through milestones and objectives.
• Generate technical reports, presentations, specifications, and internal and external documentation.
• Develop innovative solutions and contribute to critical patents and published research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with FEOL products and key CMOS modules and processes.
• In-depth expertise in process engineering and practical experience solving complex problems.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Albany, New York, United States.
