Salary: $76,640–$114,960 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 10%.

What you will do

• Partner with IT Solution Architects to validate server and storage designs against technical, security, capacity, cost, and integration requirements.
• Manage preliminary server intake requests and support Service Intake Process operations.
• Generate quarterly Service Level Objective reports and monthly or quarterly End-of-Life and service intake reporting.
• Lead architectural and service intake meetings when designated managers or coordinators are unavailable.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work in service intake, end-of-life processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with business units to decommission aging IT-supported systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 2 or more years of related experience.
• Experience with Excel analysis and data management, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Experience creating and manipulating Visio diagrams.
• Cross-platform expertise in Linux and Windows server infrastructure, including virtual and physical environments.
• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, Azure, and serverless container platforms such as GKE, Cloud Run, EKS, and AKS.
• Understanding of network topologies, routing, TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, enterprise security architecture, and AI-based workflow automation.
