Network Planning and Delivery

Location: Hybrid, with presence in the San Francisco or Bellevue office 4 days per week; Tuesday is the designated work-from-home day

Salary: $98,000–$130,000 annually in San Francisco or $88,000–$117,000 annually in Bellevue

What you will do

• Submit and track approved cross-connect, carrier, facility, and disconnection requests through completion.
• Coordinate service details, installation dates, access to carrier and data center portals, and Jira ticket routing.
• Support engineers with turn-up documents, circuit testing, test results, and discrepancy investigation.
• Maintain circuit records, supplier contacts, project updates, order confirmations, and handover evidence.
• Share completed service changes with Supply Chain and raise purchasing, billing, or delivery discrepancies.
• Contribute scripts and workflow improvements that reduce repetitive manual work.

Requirements

• Foundational networking knowledge from work, study, labs, or personal projects.
• Understanding of how fiber and optics connect network equipment.
• Experience following technical tasks through completion and verifying results against requirements.
• Comfort organizing information in ticketing tools, spreadsheets, or similar systems.
• Clear written communication and judgment to ask for help when requests are unclear.
• Interest in learning physical network infrastructure and taking on increasing technical responsibility.

Nice to have

• Networking coursework or a certification such as CCNA.
• Exposure to data center work, carrier provisioning, technical support, or NetBox.
• Python or other scripting experience from coursework or personal projects.
