What you will do

• Implement and maintain infrastructure configurations following enterprise standards and best practices.
• Optimize IT infrastructure performance and execute strategic initiatives to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Manage multi-site datacenter operations, including hands-on support for server hardware, network equipment, and cabling.
• Develop automation via PowerShell or other orchestration tools to improve efficiency and create self-service capabilities.
• Resolve complex incidents and escalated tickets utilizing ITIL-based processes.
• Mentor junior team members and create detailed technical documentation and diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience, with 7-9 years specifically managing enterprise datacenter platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, PKI, Switching, and Firewalling.
• Extensive experience installing and troubleshooting complex Linux and Windows-based environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship (H1B, TN, STEM, OPT, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Relevant certifications such as Windows Server Administrator, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or NetApp Certified Professional.
