What you will do

• Assist customers with system evaluations, configurations, and full installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and usability specs.
• Own technical responsibilities within customer accounts and assist in developing sales strategies.
• Develop architecture blueprints for repeatable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on distributed storage, NAS, SAN, and DAS offerings.
• Mentor field engineers and consult on building robust support organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations
• Strong understanding of unstructured data applications and modern analytics frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver technical architecture presentations to customers.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Capacity to thrive and perform in an unstructured startup environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
