Senior Manager, Sourcing (CPG)

Location: New York, NY, with in-office work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: $118,000–$147,500 base salary annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end supply chain for assigned men’s and women’s shave categories.
• Oversee new product introductions, margin expansion, risk mitigation, supply assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead RFQs and define supplier selection strategies for components and finished-goods assembly.
• Set global supplier strategy and lead negotiations covering costs, contracts, and escalations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and present metrics, recommendations, and operational considerations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Quality, Packaging, Finance, Brand, and external suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or a related field such as Finance, Engineering, or Economics.
• Professional experience in an analytical, data-driven supply chain or operations role.
• Experience working across multiple functions in a fast-paced CPG environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, prioritization, and consensus-building skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to navigate complex supplier agreements and build long-term value.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet suppliers and visit manufacturing sites.
