What you will do
- Lead and develop Product Managers responsible for point-of-sale and digital commerce products.
- Own product strategy, portfolio priorities, and roadmaps for the Genius integrated commerce platform.
- Establish scalable product development lifecycle practices covering discovery, research, prioritization, requirements, launches, and performance measurement.
- Drive modernization across point-of-sale, self-service ordering, mobile applications, web ordering, and digital engagement channels.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Product Delivery, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, customers, and executive stakeholders.
- Use customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance metrics to guide investment and product decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Typically at least 10 years of product management, product strategy, or related experience.
- At least 5 years leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
- Experience with point-of-sale, digital ordering, commerce, or hospitality technology.
- Experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes to executives and customers.
Nice to have
- Experience leading product organizations covering both platform capabilities and customer-facing digital experiences.
- Experience with self-service kiosks, mobile applications, web ordering, loyalty, or customer engagement solutions.
- Experience with modernization initiatives involving mobile products, UX transformation, or cloud-based platforms.
- Experience managing B2B SaaS, enterprise software, hospitality technology, or commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled products, conversational experiences, or data-driven product capabilities.
