Senior Product Manager (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid workstyle in Japan; regular office attendance is expected in alignment with organizational guidelines and team objectives.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and execution plans for high-impact platform products and monetization initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end planning, scoping, launch, and growth of new features for merchants and consumers.
• Use user data and market analytics to identify pain points, develop hypotheses, and connect product proposals to KPI growth.
• Design scalable platform products and make high-level technical architecture and UI/UX decisions.
• Write technical PRDs, identify product gaps, and coordinate predictable roadmap execution with engineering and design.
• Align Business Development, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Data Science stakeholders while prioritizing high-impact work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn complex insights into actionable product strategies.
• Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous challenges into clear deliverables.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a user-centric product mindset.
• Business-level English proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technology-related field or hands-on technical experience.
• Experience with AI-driven features, machine learning models, or AI product integration.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong execution mindset.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
