Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Payments technology company expanding its issuer processing and card issuing platform capabilities following the acquisition of CoreCard.

What you will do

• Establish product direction, tactical roadmaps, product line extensions, target markets, and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and market needs analysis for credit issuing products.
• Work with Product Delivery and Development to translate requirements into detailed designs and product releases.
• Manage multiple product programs with local and global teams while coordinating cross-functional delivery.
• Identify integration, product, and revenue-growth opportunities and support demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance mandates and changes are reflected in product roadmaps and release plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with card issuing platforms and issuer processing for credit or debit cards.
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and feature delivery for issuer processing platforms.
• Strong understanding of card lifecycle management, authorization, and issuer processing technologies.
• BA/BS degree in a technology or business field.
• Strong executive-level communication, independent working ability, leadership skills, and experience influencing cross-functional and external stakeholders.
