Senior Manager, Product Management - ATM (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the ATM product strategy, roadmap execution, and prioritization of product initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into product requirements and deliver enhancements with technology, operations, risk, and client teams.
• Manage commercial relationships with ATM vendors, including NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, and Planet Payment.
• Use customer, competitive, and market insights to guide roadmap and commercialization decisions.
• Manage ATM P&L, cost efficiency, revenue growth, client adoption, transaction volume, and feature utilization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across technology, risk, operations, compliance, commercial, relationship management, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ATM product and strategy experience preferred and ATM experience required.
• Experience in payments, banking, or fintech product management.
• Product roadmap ownership and product delivery expertise.
• P&L management and revenue growth accountability.
• Cross-functional leadership across technology and business teams.
• Vendor management experience and experience building and leading teams.
