Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week onsite in the Bethesda, Maryland office, United States.

Annual salary: $109,675–$172,200.

What you will do

• Provide HRBP support to assigned client groups and build relationships with managers to drive talent outcomes.
• Lead project management and execution for organization-specific and company-wide HR initiatives.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to solve problems and deliver key outcomes.
• Own HR data and analytics reporting to support priorities and senior-leader decision-making.
• Advise on policy application, process implementation, change management, communication, and employee engagement.
• Promote inclusion and incorporate diverse perspectives into HR plans and solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources Management.
• Experience across HR sub-functions, with a strong focus on compensation, performance management, talent development, and human capital analytics.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and succession, or culture and engagement with a diversity, equity, and inclusion focus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, including Excel, reporting tools, and PowerPoint or equivalent presentation software.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and use sound judgment and independent thinking to solve problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance or another industry with critical operational functions and a strong customer-experience focus.
