Talent Associate (AI)

Location: On-site in the New York City or San Francisco office, 5 days a week

Salary: $73,000–$110,000 per year for NYC or San Francisco, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and manage exceptional end-to-end talent searches.
• Develop relationships with high-quality talent in the technology ecosystem.
• Strengthen the talent brand in partnership with marketing, including through events and creative outreach.
• Build rigorous hiring processes and advise hiring managers on better searches.
• Use experimentation, A/B testing, storytelling, and a human-first approach to candidate engagement.
• Track recruiting metrics, improve the Talent operating rhythm, and support hiring needs across the business.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, operations, recruiting, or a similar field, plus a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a high-accountability environment such as a startup, fintech, financial services company, or similarly rigorous organization.
• Strong knowledge of the talent market and how to engage technology builders.
• Operational excellence in running disciplined searches and coaching hiring managers.
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
• High ownership, accountability, bias toward action, and willingness to use AI and new tools to improve recruiting work.
