Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: New York City, on-site; based in New York or willing to relocate.

Annual US base salary: $150,000–$180,000 plus equity.

hirify.global is building a regulated banking platform that combines a national bank charter with Marble, a proprietary core banking system, to improve dollar access for international fintechs and non-US banks.

What you will do

• Own recruiting searches for engineers, operators, and leaders from sourcing through close.
• Source top talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and niche communities.
• Calibrate with hiring managers and assess ownership, performance in different company stages, ambition, pace, values, and mindset.
• Write targeted outreach, manage follow-ups, handle objections, and close candidates against competing offers.
• Represent hirify.global clearly and respectfully throughout the candidate experience.
• Build sourcing playbooks, tooling, and automation to make future searches faster.

Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Track record of sourcing and closing top talent, not only managing recruiting processes.
• Ability to identify elite engineers and operators, build relationships quickly, and close hires.
• Strong outbound recruiting, follow-up, ownership, and execution skills.
• Comfort working flexibly, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends when needed.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate to the United States.
