Sales Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Downtown Orlando, Florida, United States; Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year, plus a bonus structure based on experience and performance.

What you will do

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for positions across the organization.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide feedback.
• Extend and negotiate offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruitment process improvements and projects alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in automotive finance, dealership sales, warranty companies, reinsurance, or another auto-related field.
• Experience engaging passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and social media.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Lever experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Self-driven mindset, familiarity with current recruitment tools and trends, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
