Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States — hybrid. Domestic and international travel to suppliers is required.

Salary: $98,703.12–$148,054.68 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Review purchase requisitions, generate RFQs, and execute purchase orders for assigned suppliers.
• Manage purchase order delivery schedules to support manufacturing and operational plans.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier data in ERP and supply chain management systems.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, quality, and purchase price variance for assigned parts and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while identifying cost-reduction opportunities through volume planning, tariff mitigation, alternative sourcing, and make-versus-buy analysis.
• Develop commodity strategies, evaluate new suppliers, resolve supplier quality issues with Quality, and support supplier visits and sourcing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of individual-contributor experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and supporting manufacturing environments.
• Experience with global sourcing and commodity expertise is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States and travel domestically and internationally to meet suppliers.
