Supplier Business Management (B3)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States; onsite role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award participation.

What you will do

• Lead projects supporting supplier and commodity strategy execution.
• Drive resolution of supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
• Provide procurement escalation support for assigned supplier sites and key sub-tier suppliers.
• Support commercial and technical cost-reduction programs.
• Execute supplier-site capacity readiness programs.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how supplier business management integrates with other business areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing multiple information sources and applying sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
