Location: Must be based in Naucalpan, Mexico (Hybrid: 4 days in office / 1 day remote)

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
• Maintain financial models, planning assumptions, and track risks and opportunities.
• Analyze business performance across revenue, operating expenses, SG&A, and profitability.
• Monitor key working capital drivers including inventory, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven experience with annual budgets, forecasting cycles, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP and OneStream.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or life sciences environments.
