FP&A Analyst

Location: Onsite at the Alameda campus in Alameda, California, United States

Salary: $169,000–$213,000 base pay per year, plus potential benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses.

What you will do

• Partner with business units and stakeholders to understand financial needs and provide financial leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, ongoing reforecasting, performance analysis, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models, including the Strategic Financial Model.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, reports, presentations, and visualizations for senior management.
• Own key financial systems, including SAGE X3 and the inventory management system.
• Lead financial systems implementation, integration, automation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in an FP&A role with a strong understanding of financial operations and processes.
• Experience developing financial models, conducting analysis, and presenting financial information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders and using data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to work onsite at the Alameda campus and move between buildings over long distances while remaining stationary for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as SAGE X3.
• CPA or MBA.
