Site Operations Manager (Logistics)

Salary: $75,000–$104,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and supervise the assigned Fort Bliss warehouse or Huntsville analytical site workforce.
• Ensure PWS tasks, requirements, deliverables, and performance standards are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Plan staffing, workload distribution, schedules, resources, and operational priorities.
• Monitor performance, productivity, attendance, quality, and procedural compliance.
• Provide direction, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager and Government representatives on performance, risks, emerging requirements, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in physical logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain operations, or leadership of analytical teams.
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience supporting the Department of Defense.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements applicable to federal and DoD contracts.
• Expertise in government contract and program management.
• Strong understanding of Army logistics operations and requirements; Secret clearance required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Military experience.
