Mortgage Loan Closer (Mortgage Banking)

Location: Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, United States. Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary: $42,289–$69,475 per year, plus potential incentive and retention awards.

What you will do

• Prepare and review critical closing documents for mortgage home loans.
• Coordinate with loan processors to ensure document and submission accuracy.
• Create mortgage assignments and conduct title searches.
• Review chain of title and vesting requirements.
• Work closely with title companies to maintain policies and procedures.
• Meet strict closing deadlines in a time-constrained environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Mortgage processing or closing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking ability, dependability, and attendance.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future work visa sponsorship.
