Loan Officer Assistant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review mortgage loan applications, documentation, and disclosure packages.
• Create and deliver rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Identify deficiencies in loan files and notify loan officers or processors to prevent processing delays.
• Manage a diverse pipeline consisting of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
• Coordinate with Title Companies and customers to schedule and facilitate timely loan closings.
• Provide general clerical and phone support, including tracking outstanding documentation from customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous sales support experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
